Ukrainian-Polish Youth Exchange in Huta Polyanska

From October 4 to 13, the picturesque village of Huta Polyanska hosted a dynamic Ukrainian-Polish youth exchange focused on entrepreneurship. Among the participants were students from Kyiv Medical University’s medical and dentistry faculties.

The event brought together young talents from both countries, eager to combine their education with entrepreneurial skills. The packed program featured workshops, lectures, and practical tasks to sharpen business knowledge and leadership skills.

One of the highlights was the “Ukrainian Cultural Evening” where KMU students introduced traditional Ukrainian food, music, and dance, creating an atmosphere of friendship and cultural exchange.

KMU students also held a first aid masterclass, giving participants hands-on training in essential medical skills. A study visit to the “Medyk” medical school in Jasło offered a deeper understanding of Poland’s healthcare education.

This exchange not only enriched students with new skills but also fostered strong international friendships and professional connections.

The project was organized under the Polish-Ukrainian Youth Exchange Program with the support of the Ministry of Education of Poland and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, in collaboration with the Polish Foundation “Initiative” and NGO “Diya” (Poltava, Ukraine).
