Next lecture took place

The 15th of July was a sequel lecture day.

Larisa Sankova, MD, PhD, Professor of gross anatomy and embryology and a favorite of many students, shared a new approach to anatomy. The students heeded with great interest, as the professor shared the connection of mythology with anatomy, thus demonstrating the impact of ancient cultures and philosophy on the perception of anatomy. From Greek and Egyptian mythology to ancient cultures of India the various philosophies all make vital references and analogies to human anatomy. It was truly an extraordinary, fascinating study, giving the students from various cultures much food for thought.

We are proud of what our professors have to offer to students from many countries, who are aspiring to the medical profession. Dr. Sankova is well read, well traveled and has many experiences and much wisdom to share with our students.
