Monitoring and results of the evaluation of the EP

The PHEE “Kyiv Medical University”, in compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education,” ensures the development, monitoring, annual review, and updating of educational programs for the training of students in the programme subject areas 222 “Medicine” (I2 Medicine), 221 “Dentistry” (I1 Dentistry), 226 “Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy” (I8 Pharmacy), and 053 “Psychology” (C4 Psychology) to guarantee the achievement of established educational goals and meet societal needs in accordance with the University’s mission.

The educational program is a regulatory document of the University. The monitoring of educational program implementation is carried out by educational program monitoring commissions to identify and track trends in the development of the quality of higher education, relevance and compliance with the defined purpose, the needs of higher education students, as well as to increase their competitiveness in the labor market.

The monitoring of educational programs includes the analysis and evaluation of the following components:

► Relevance of the program and its content;

► Changes in stakeholders’ needs;

► Level of compliance with the expectations, needs and interest of students in the educational program;

► Compliance of the learning environment with the objectives of the educational programs;

► Employers’ expectations and level of satisfaction with graduates’ training.
