Kyiv Medical University and Ukrainian Association of Psychotherapists and Psychoanalysts is organizing Hypnosis Webinar for Clinicians «CARE FOR THE CAREGIVERS»The webinar Hypnosis for Clinicians Treating those Traumatized by War «CARE FOR THE CAREGIVERS» is an initiative of The International Hypnosis Society (ISH), The European Hypnosis Society (ESH), The National Pediatric Hypnosis Training Institute (NPHTI) and a global team of trauma and hypnosis experts. The goal of this webinar series is to teach basic clinical hypnosis skills to use in clinical practice of Ukrainian specialists that can calm, restore functioning, reduce PTSD symptoms, and promote resilience. Linden, PhD, Past President of ISH, julie@drjulielinden.com Our trainers: Julie H Linden, PHD is a clinical psychologist and past president of the International Society of Hypnosis. She teaches globally and is a specialist in the treatment of trauma. Ran D. Anbar, MD is a pediatric pulmonologist who is the founder of Center Point Medicine, a practice devoted to pediatric hypnosis and counseling services. Carla Frankenhuis, RN is a (hypno) therapist in Amsterdam/the Netherlands who specializes in the use of medical hypnosis with children and adults. Together with Professor Dr. Marc Benninga and Dr. Vlieger she has done research in the effectiveness of hypnosis in children with abdominal pain and functional dyspepsia and nausea. She also teaches medical hypnosis throughout the Netherlands in various hospitals and teaching facilities. Carl “Callie” Hattingh, MA Clin. Psych., is a clinical psychologist in Sydney, Australia, who specializes in trauma. He is on the Board of the ISH, Co-chair of the Crisis and Intervention Committee (CIC) of ISH, President Elect of Ego State Therapy International, founding President of the Australian Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (AICHP) and Director of the Ericksonian Institute of Sydney Australia. Leora Kuttner, PHD Clin. Psych., is Clinical Professor of Pediatrics BC Children’s Hospital, Vancouver & University of British Columbia, Canada. Forty years experience in pediatric treatments for pediatric acute, procedural, and chronic complex pain. Lisa Lombard, PHD, clinical psychologist with 30 years of direct service, teaching, and supervisory experience, is president of the Board of Directors, National Pediatric Training Institute and Member of the Council of Representatives of the American Psychological Association Division of Clinical hypnosis. She is a Research Assistant Professor at Northwestern University School of Medicine. Robert Staffin, PSY D, is a clinical psychologist and approved consultant for the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychological Hypnosis, and the President of the Clinical Hypnosis Society of New Jersey.
