Dr. Andre den Exter is a recognized international expert in health law, medical ethics, and health policy. He previously held the Jean Monnet Chair of European Union Health Lawand has authored over 300 scientific publications on various aspects of health law. In addition to his academic work, he serves as a member of a regional Medical Disciplinary Board.

The lecture will be delivered in English with simultaneous translation into Ukrainian to ensure comfortable participation for all attendees.
