White Coat Ceremony 2025

Dear students, esteemed lecturers, and staff!

On September 4, 2025, the main campus of Kyiv Medical University in Kyiv hosted the solemn White Coat Ceremony.

This year, nearly one thousand new students, interns, and PhD candidates have joined the community of Kyiv Medical University. This is a sign of great trust in the work carried out daily by the KMU team and a confirmation that our university is the best private university in Ukraine. It is our students and educators who make it so!

We continuously create new directions at the university, all connected to healthcare, addressing modern challenges, and opening new opportunities for the future of medicine in Ukraine.

The traditional ceremony was attended by:

• Mykola Volodymyrovych Konopelko, representative of the Kyiv City State Administration, Deputy of the Kyiv City Council, faction “Servant of the People”
• Vasyl Vasylovych Lazoryshynets, President of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine
• Ihor Ivanovych Chermak, Director of the Kyiv City Medical Center “Academy of Human Health,” among the chief physicians of leading healthcare institutions
• Representatives of the military volunteer formation “Legion-D”
• Anna Haleta, founder and head of the international organization “Kindness of Hearts,” coordinator of international humanitarian projects, psychologist, PhD

Kyiv Medical University unites diverse participants and partners around itself, so that together we shape the future of medicine in Ukraine.
