KMU Students Participate in International Short-term Erasmus+ Program

From April 6 to April 16, 2024, students from Kyiv Medical University engaged in an academic mobility program as part of the international Erasmus+ initiative. The training titled “We need your superpower. How to implement activities based on diversity,” supported by “Fundacja Inicjatywa,” took place in Guta Polanska, Poland. This event broadened the horizons for collaboration among participants from Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania, Italy, Croatia, Turkey, Poland, and Ukraine.

Nine KMU students, including Volodymyr Tsmok and Denys Yuriev (Faculty of Medicine, 3rd year), Yelyzaveta Yanko (Faculty of Medicine, 1st year), and Mariia Verekh (Faculty of Dentistry, 3rd year), actively participated in trainings on hippotherapy, art therapy, and forest therapy, gaining new knowledge in the fields of ecology and art. Participants of the Erasmus+ program experienced firsthand the importance of teamwork, which opened the way to improving cooperation, communication, creativity, as well as the development of new ideas and innovative solutions.
