Indian medical professionals begin primary specialization training in General Medical Practice at Kyiv Medical University

In October 2026, Kyiv Medical University welcomed medical professionals from the Republic of India who began their training in the primary specialization program in General Medical Practice.

The program is designed for medical professionals seeking to deepen their knowledge, enhance their practical skills, and develop the professional competencies required to practice as general practitioners in accordance with the standards of the Ukrainian medical education system.

Practice-Oriented Training and International Cooperation

Training is conducted at the clinical departments of Kyiv Medical University according to individualized study plans that combine theoretical education with hands-on practical training.

The educational process focuses on developing the competencies necessary to provide primary healthcare, manage patients, and apply modern approaches to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
