A memorable KMU student journey through Wrocław’s cultural landmarks and festive Christmas atmosphere

On November 29, KMU students set off for Wrocław – one of the most beautiful cities in Poland, filled with the charm of the pre-Christmas season, which could be felt in the air.
The journey began at the Wrocław University Museum, where the most impressive part was the Aula Leopoldina, a magnificent Baroque hall symbolizing science and history. From the Mathematical Tower, Wrocław unfolded before us like an open book – a breathtaking view of the city.

Next, we visited a cozy café with Sphynx cats. It was a place of warmth, a welcoming atmosphere, and complete relaxation. Here we unwound, recharged, warmed up, and felt genuinely comforted.

After that, we headed to the Old Town, greeted by the magnificent Town Hall, St. Elizabeth’s Church, and its chapels – places where everyone could pray, ask for peace, and wish for good things in the coming year.

The trip concluded at the Christmas Market – the festive heart of Wrocław and one of the best in Poland. There were countless carousels, Christmas souvenirs, national treats we eagerly tasted, beautifully decorated Christmas trees, lights everywhere, and street performers who created a truly magical atmosphere. We enjoyed mulled wine, laughter, warmth, and pure joy. Along the way, we also collected our own set of Wrocław dwarves – charming symbols that make the city even more enchanting.

Wrocław captivated us with its beauty, atmosphere, and light, leaving us inspired and wishing to return again and again.
