Students of the International Faculty help the victims of a powerful earthquake in Turkey

The III-rd year students of the International Faculty, Tunca Adil Berke and Bayram Dogukan, as part of The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, are helping the victims in the city of Gaziantep, the epicenter of the region where the earthquake hit Turkey.

«We were at home when this nightmare happened. My friend Tunca Adil Berke and I immediately contacted the Red Cross and Red Crescent and were sent to help the victims. Two days after the earthquake, I lost my aunt. We managed to pull my grandmother out alive and she is fine now» – said Dogukan Bayram in conversation with the Dean’s Office.

Students are working without GSM, often without sleep. Kyiv Medical University is grateful and proud of heroic students.
