Practice in EU for residents

Dear community of residents and graduates of KMU and other Medical Universities of Ukraine!

Ukrainian medical education is in danger due to the russian military invasion.

The last few years have been difficult for you. You all had to study during the COVID era, and now we have a huge disaster – it’s a war. Some institutions of higher medical education cannot fully continue their work, many hospitals have been destroyed, and teachers have lost their jobs. It is becoming more and more difficult to acquire new knowledge and practice practical skills.

We, Kyiv Medical University, consider it our social responsibility, even our humanitarian mission, to create safe conditions for training for all future specialists in the medical and pharmaceutical fields. The purpose of the project: quality theoretical training, work in hospitals, gaining their own practical experience with patients, training with the best domestic and European professionals and living in a territory without war.

Therefore, our team has been working for a month to provide clinical residents with the opportunity to practice in hospitals, pharmacies and dental clinics in Poland, Germany, Austria, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia and other European Union countries. Starting in May, we will be inviting doctors, dentists and pharmacists to practice, so we need quick feedback. The internship will be organized taking into account your wishes regarding the country and specialty.
